Twenty-five years ago, there was no big office, no large team, and no certainty of success, only a strong belief that technology could help build safer and smarter spaces. Three professionals, Ashok Nair, Padam Sachdev, and Subhash Bajaj, met and shared a common dream of creating something of their own.

Taking a leap of faith, they began their journey with the distribution of EPABX communication systems, working with a small team and an even bigger determination. With just four people, they laid the foundation of what would eventually become AdvantEdge Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Over time, projects grew, teams expanded, and trust multiplied. Today, AdvantEdge delivers integrated solutions across fire safety, electronic security, building management systems (BMS), and IoT-based monitoring systems, and stands strong with 25 years of experience, a 160+ member team, and 1000+ clients, with its head office in Mumbai and branch offices in Pune and Bangalore. Yet the true achievement is not just the numbers, it is the courage to begin, the resilience to continue, and the vision to keep building for the future.
