unnitee is a B2B commerce acceleration platform operated by Visuday Management LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in Maharashtra, India. We facilitate curated professional networks, business introductions, commercial partnerships, startup marketing support, sales pipeline development, head-hunting, investment connects, incubation guidance, and cross-border business matchmaking for Indian and global enterprises.

These Terms govern your access to and use of unnitee.com, our events, digital services, and any programmes you enrol in through us.

By accessing this website, registering for any unnitee event, submitting an enquiry, or engaging with our services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accessing unnitee on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

unnitee services are intended for professionals, founders, executives, and enterprises. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable Indian law, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

unnitee provides facilitation and access — not guarantees. Specifically:

• Business Introductions & B2B Connects: We curate and facilitate introductions between decision-makers, enterprises, and solution providers. The outcome of any such introduction, including any commercial agreement, is solely between the parties involved. unnitee is not a party to any transaction arising from such introductions.
• Startup Marketing & Sales Pipeline Support: We offer advisory, network access, and facilitation support to startups seeking market entry, customer acquisition, or brand visibility. Results depend on multiple factors outside our control.
• Head-hunting & Talent Facilitation: Where we assist in connecting talent with organisations, we act as an intermediary. We are not a recruitment agency registered under the Private Employment Exchanges (Abolition) Act, 1956, and our talent facilitation services operate within applicable exemptions.
• Investment & Incubation Support: We facilitate introductions to investors and ecosystem partners. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a solicitation of securities under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Act, 1992, or the Companies Act, 2013.
• Cross-Border Business Facilitation: Where we assist Indian businesses in connecting with foreign enterprises, such activities are subject to applicable Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations and relevant bilateral trade frameworks.
• Events & Conclaves: unnitee events, including the unnitee Conclave, are invite-only and curated. Registration or expression of interest does not guarantee an invitation. unnitee reserves the right to decline or revoke participation at its sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, designation, or organisational affiliation on this platform or at any unnitee event.
• Use unnitee’s network access for unsolicited mass outreach, spam, or predatory commercial conduct.
• Share, reproduce, or commercially exploit any introductions, contact information, or proprietary content made available through unnitee without prior written consent.
• Engage in conduct that damages the trust, reputation, or integrity of the unnitee community.

All content on unnitee.com — including the brand name, logo, taglines, event formats, methodology, and written content — is the intellectual property of Visuday Management LLP. Reproduction, adaptation, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Member-generated content shared within unnitee programmes remains the property of the originating party; by sharing it within our platform, you grant unnitee a limited licence to use it for community and promotional purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:

unnitee is not liable for the outcome of any business relationship, transaction, or commercial engagement arising from introductions or facilitation provided through our platform.

unnitee is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by members or partner organisations.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to unnitee in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Our website and communications may reference or link to third-party platforms, sponsors, or partner organisations. These are independent entities. unnitee does not endorse, warrant, or assume liability for their services, content, or conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra. The language of arbitration shall be English.

unnitee may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform or services after notice of amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
